Trevor O'Neil President

Trevor has overseen Colonial's business operations since 1994. With nearly two decades of experience in home care, Trevor is a respected and influential home care advocate in California and across the nation. He maintains active leadership roles in local, state and national home care associations, and is considered by colleagues and competitors to be an expert in most everything "home care" related. Trevor is also a Certified Care Manager (CMC), and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. A Southern California native, Trevor resides in Anaheim Hills with his family and enjoys gardening, hiking, and most outdoor activities.

Catherina O'Neil Founder

Catherina O'Neil is Trevor's wife, and founded Colonial in 1992. She has always had a passion for helping seniors and an entrepreneurial spirit, and becoming a provider of in-home care services was a natural fit for her. The principles on which Catherina began Colonial are very prevalent today - to recruit and retain the best Home Care Aides, provide top-notch customer service, and treat each client as family. At home, Catherina often volunteers at her sons' school, and enjoys travel and family gatherings.

Nancy San Miguel Client Services Manager & Personnel Supervisor

Nancy has been with Colonial Home Care since 1999, which is longer than most home care companies have even been in business. As Colonial's Client Services Manager, she is responsible for general oversight of the service process, managing client schedules, and staffing employees including Home Care Aide recruitment and supervision. Nancy also performs the initial client assessment and evaluation. Nancy is the proud mother of 3 teenage children, 2 daughters and 1 son. She and her husband enjoy spending time with their family and helping their children with numerous extra-curricular and volunteer activities.

Sandra Williams Client Services Manager & Community Relations

Sandra, our Client Services Manager and Community Relations Specialist, began her career with Colonial Home Care in 2004. In addition to working with clients and Home Care Aides with their ongoing care and scheduling needs, Sandra develops and maintains Colonial's relationships with area hospitals, nursing homes and community organizations. Whether in the office or out in the field, Sandra is continually working to enhance the level of service for which Colonial has become known. Sandra has two sons who keep her busy at home, and with her husband is active with her sons’ sports leagues.

Cecilia Pham, R.N. Quality Manager

Ceclia serves as Colonial's Quality Manager, helping to ensure that our clients are well-taken-care of and that our Home Care Aides are performing their duties according to clients' needs and company policy. She regularly visits with our clients to ensure that their care plans are up to date, and she performs on-site staff evaluations. Cecilia knows the qualities that make a good Home Care Aide, having been one herself prior to achieving her nursing credentials.
